Adding to the visual theme, the company has made adding embedded content a visual experience. Now you can simply paste a YouTube URL on a new line and it’ll automatically become an embedded video. The same can be said for other content including CollegeHumor videos, YouTube playlists and talks from TED.
When it comes to writing content, WordPress 4.0 now expands to fit your content as you write. Formatting tools are also kept handy in the sidebar should you need them. What’s more, the new update makes it easier to find the right plug-in from a catalog of over 30,000 free and open source plug-ins.
